我們背後的核心價值除了能夠以6個英文字母「C」來總括之外，抱著同理心（Empathy）對待服務使用者也是其價值之一。6「C」代表Care （照顧），Compassion （愛心），Communication （溝通），Courage （勇氣），Competence （能幹）及Commitment （承諾）－ 這亦是與英國醫管局的核心價值一致。此外，物康醫療正在積極努力推動大眾身體，行動至精神上的健康。 

物康醫療團隊堅持運用「生理－心理－社會模式」和「整體分析」加上「循證實踐」來用心照顧及治療服務使用者。該方法不但能夠肯定照顧計劃個人化，而且識別及達到服務使用者的需要。從而改善行動或身體機能、精神健康、日常生活活動及生活質素。

除了專職醫療服務，物康醫療亦希望能夠為有需要人士提供醫療器材用品的供應，以達到行動上的需要（不論在復康其間還是長期的需要）和減輕或控制疾病帶來的不便。從而，改善身體機能及提升日常生活活動和生活質素。

Phyziofit is a healthcare service provider developed in 2023. We aim to provide the best and of high quality professional healthcare services primarily at the community settings such as non-governmental organisations, subvented homes, contract homes, private home, homes for the Disabled, and home care. Our core values are summarised into 6Cs, care, compassion, communication, courage, competence, and commitment, which are in line with the National Healthcare Service, United Kingdom, as well as empathy towards the service users. Furthermore, Phyziofit strives to promote physical health and well being of individuals ranging from physical to mental illnesses.

At Phyziofit, our team utilises biopsychosocial and holistic approach together with evidence-based practice to provide care and treatment to service users. This method will not only ensure the care plan to be individualised or personalised, but also, identify and meet the needs of service users. This will in turn improve mobility or body function, mental health, activities of daily living, and quality of life.

In addition to professional healthcare services, Phyziofit hopes to provide medical equipment supply to people who are in need. This will ensure their needs in terms of mobility function to be met (regardless of whether it is during rehabilitation period or for long-term) and alleviate or control symptoms or discomfort caused by the conditions. Hence, the users' body function, activities of daily living, and quality of life can be improved.
