Ricky is a Hong Kong born, British-trained physiotherapist with a special interest in Musculoskeletal, Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Rehabilitation. 

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University and Master of Science in Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation at the University College London with a Distinction, Academic Excellence & Research Project Prizes and John's Scale Prize and Dean's Research Prize nominations. His research thesis focused on "The Effect of Focused Vibration in Improving Tibialis Anterior Function in Normal Subjects". 

While he received training at Oxford, he had gained extensive practical experience in Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation at the Oxford United Football Club. After relocating back to Hong Kong, he has been dedicating his time at the community settings including private clinics, non-governmental organisations, residential care home for disabilities, olderly care home, and home visits. Ricky is also a Certified Personal Trainer at the American College of Sports Medicine. 

Aside from work, he enjoys reading, playing football and squash, and running.

He is native in English and Cantonese and proficient in Putonghua (Mandarin).

Ricky 出生於香港, 英國受訓的物理治療師。他對肌肉骨骼，運動意外＆復健及老人復健特別興趣。他在牛津布魯克斯大學獲得物理治療學士學位及在倫敦大學學院獲得物理治療肌肉骨骼醫療和復健碩士學位，並取得優秀等級成績，學術優異獎＆傑出研究項目獎及約翰·斯凱爾斯和院長嘉許名單提名。碩士研究論文專注於「聚焦振動對改善普通人的脛骨前肌功能的影響」。

Ricky 在牛津接受培訓時，他從牛津聯足球隊取得廣泛運動意外＆復健臨床經驗。回流香港後，從事社區內的工作，包括在私人診所、非政府機構、殘疾人士院舍、護老院及到戶。Ricky 亦是美國運動醫學學院的私人健身教練。

除了工作，Ricky 喜歡閱讀、踢足球、壁球及跑步。

英語和廣東話是他的母語及精通普通話。

Janet was graduated with a second upper class honours in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016. She has previously worked in Hospital Authority, private hospital, NGOs, and elderly home. In 2022, she received a Master of Science degree in Musculoskeletal Medicine, Rehabilitation and Geriatric Orthopaedics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Furthermore, she is also an Accredited Acupuncturist and has completed Sports Taping course.

Clinically, Janet has gained extensive experiences in ward settings in the areas of respiratory medicine, neurology, orthopaedics, critical care, surgery, and acute medicine. She has also worked with children with autism and hyperactivity in paediatric outpatients' settings, as well as delivering antenatal classes to pregnant women. These together, has enabled her to become competence in utilising different assessment skills to diagnose patients' clinical problems accurately, and provide suitable treatment to them accordingly. Her approach to physiotherapy is to deliver high quality of services to patients who suffer from different conditions, set realistic goals, and formulate appropriate treatment plans to enhance the recovery process.

在2016年，Janet 在曼切斯特城市大學取得二級榮譽物理治療學士學位。她曾在醫管局、私家醫院、非政府機構及老人院舍工作。在2022年，她從香港中文大學取得骨骼肌肉醫學、康復和老年骨科碩士學位。她亦是一位認可的針灸師並已完成運動貼的課程。

臨床上，Janet 從呼吸系統科、腦科、骨科、重症加護醫學、手術後復康及急症醫療已取得廣泛的經驗。她亦曾在兒科門診為患有自閉症和過度活躍兒童提供服務及帶領孕婦進行產前運動小組。過往經驗令Janet專長於運用不同的評估方法來準確地診斷病人臨床的問題，以及為他們提供合適的治療。她對物理治療的方法是提供高質素的服務給患有不同疾病的人，訂立切實可行的目標及制定合適治療方案來增進恢復過程。
